REGIONALSULAWESI.ID| Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional membuka acara Rakorgub, dalam rangka penyusunan RKP tahun 2022 untuk wilayah NTB dan Sulawesi, yang digelar pada hari Selasa, 23 Februari 2021. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Menteri PPN menyebutkan faktor-faktor yang menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi di berbagai daerah, diantaranya ada yang diklasifikasikan sebagai faktor penghambat dan faktor prnghambat utama.

“Faktor penghambat utama pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi NTB adalah kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan, selain itu faktor penghambat lainnya adalah daya saing ekonomi, fiskal dan inflasi. Sementara itu, di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, daya saing ekonomi serta fiskal dan inflasi menjadi faktor penghambat utama, faktor penghambat lainnya adalah regulasi dan institusi,” ujar Menteri.

Menteri menjelaskan, faktor penghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Barat adalah kualitas pendidikan, ketenagakerjaan dan infrastruktur. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat lainnya adalah kesehatan, daya saing ekonomi, serta regulasi dan institusi.

“Faktor penghambat utama pertumbuhan ekonomi di Gorontalo adalah kualitas pendidikan serta regulasi dan institusi, sementara faktor penghambat lainnya adalah daya saing ekonomi. Di Sulawesi Tengah, infrastruktur menjadi faktor penghambat utama pertumbuhan ekonomi, faktor penghambat lainnya adalah kualitas pendidikan, daya saing ekonomi, fiskal dan inflasi serta ketenagakerjan,” ucap Menteri.

Menteri melanjutkan, di Sulawesi Tenggara, regulasi dan institusi menjadi faktor penghambat utama pertumbuhan ekonomi, faktor penghambat lainnya adalah daya saing ekonomi dan infrastruktur. Faktor penghambat utama pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan yaitu daya saing ekonomi serta regulasi dan institusi, faktorpenghambat lainnya adalah kualitas pendidikan.

Selain menyampaikan faktor-faktor yang menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi di berbagai wilayah, Menteri menyampaikan proyek usulan Gubernur yang disetujui oleh pemerintah pusat, diantaranya: Provinsi NTB meliputi jalan akses KEK Mandalika: Jalan Bypass BIL- Mandalika, pembangunan jembatan Samota, pelabuhan nusantara di Kecamatan Kilo Dompu.

Proyek usulan Gubernur yang disetujui pemerintah pusat di Provinsi Gorontalo, meliputi pengembangan TPA Talumelito, pembangunan Bendungan Bolango Ulu dan lanjutan revitalisasi Danau Limboto. Sementara itu, di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, meliputi pengembangan Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Palipi Kabupaten Majene, pembangunan Bandara Tampa Padang, peningkatan jalan ruas Polewali – Tabone – Malabo.

Proyek usulan Gubernur yang disetujui di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, yaitu: pengembangan dan peningkatan status Bandara Mutiara Sis-Aldjufri, meliputi perpanjangan landasan pacu, perluasan apron dan terminal bandara, dukungan warehouse dan sistem logistik udara, peningkatan status bandara menjadi bandara internasional ( embarkasi haji), dan pengembangan Pendidikan Vokasi Berbasis pangan, nikel, gas, dan galian C (di Morowali dan berbasis Gas di Banggai), dukungan air bersih KEK Palu.

Proyek usulan Gubernur yang disetujui di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara meliputi pembangunan Jembatan Pulau Muna – Pulau Buton, penyediaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi perpustakaan modern, perikanan Sultra. Sementara itu, di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan meliputi pengembangan angkutan umum massal perkotaan Makassar berbasis rel (Mamminasata), dan revitalisasi tambak dikawasan sentra produksi udang dan bandeng, dan Waduk Jenelata.

Head of Bappenas: Several Governor Proposal Projects Approved by the Central Government in the NTB and Sulawesi Regions

REGIONALSULAWESI.ID| Minister for National Development Planning opened the governor’s coordination meeting, in drafting the government’s work plan for 2022 for the NTB and Sulawesi regions, the event was held on Tuesday, 23 February 2021. On this occasion, the Minister of National Development Planning mentioned factors that hinder economic growth in various regions, some of them are classified as inhibiting factors and main inhibiting factors.

The main inhibiting factors for economic growth in NTB Province including health and employment, other inhibiting factors are economic competitiveness, fiscal and inflation. Meanwhile, in North Sulawesi Province, economic competitiveness, inflation and inflation were the main constraining factors.

The minister explained that the inhibiting factors for economic growth in West Sulawesi were the quality of education, employment and infrastructure. Meanwhile, other inhibiting factors are health, economic competitiveness, and regulations and institutions.

“The main inhibiting factor for economic growth in Gorontalo is the quality of education, regulations and institutions, while another inhibiting factor is economic competitiveness. In Central Sulawesi, infrastructure is the main inhibiting factor for economic growth. The Minister continued, in Southeast Sulawesi, regulations and institutions are the main inhibiting factors for economic growth. Other inhibiting factors are economic competitiveness and infrastructure. The main inhibiting factor for economic growth in South Sulawesi is economic competitiveness, regulations and institutions, another inhibiting factor is the quality of education.

In addition to conveying the factors that hinder economic growth in various regions, the Minister conveyed the Governor’s proposed projects approved by the central government, including NTB Province, the KEK Mandalika access road: Bypass BIL-Mandalika road, construction of the Samota bridge, Nusantara port in Kilo Dompu District.

The Governor’s project approved by the central government in Gorontalo Province, includes the development of the Talumelito TPA, the construction of the Bolango Ulu Dam and the continued revitalization of Limboto Lake. Meanwhile, in West Sulawesi Province, including the development of the Palipi Archipelago Fishery Port (PPN) in Majene Regency, the construction of the Tampa Padang Airport, the road improvement for the Polewali – Tabone – Malabo section.

The Governor’s proposed project approved in Central Sulawesi Province are, development and upgrading of Mutiara Sis-Aldjufri Airport, includes the extension of the runway, expansion of the airport apron and terminal, warehouse support and air logistics systems, upgrading the status of the airport to an international airport (haj embarkation), and development of Vocational Education Based on Food, nickel, gas, and C-based (in Morowali and Gas-based in Banggai), support for clean water in the KEK Palu.

The Governor’s approved projects in Southeast Sulawesi Province include the construction of the Muna Island – Buton Island Bridge, modern library information infrastructure, SULTRA fisheries. Meanwhile, in South Sulawesi Province, the development of urban public transportation in Makassar is rail-based (Mamminasata), and the revitalization of ponds in shrimp and milkfish production centers, and Jenelata Reservoir.(*)
